Al Vecchio Frantoio f.lli Bartolomei s.a.s, with registered office at Via Cagnano 6 - 05020 Montecchio (TR), VAT number 01261160558 (hereinafter, "Al Vecchio Frantoio f.lli Bartolomei"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

1. Object of the processing
Al Vecchio Frantoio f.lli Bartolomei processes the personal data, identifying information (e.g., name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, email address, bank and payment details - hereinafter, "personal data" or "data") provided by you when entering into contracts for services provided by Al Vecchio Frantoio f.lli Bartolomei.

Your personal data is processed without your express consent (Article 24, letters a), b), and c) of the Privacy Code and Article 6, letters b), and e) of the GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

5. Disclosure of Data

6. Security

7. Data Transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place within the European Union.

8. Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, you have the right set forth in Art. 15 of the GDPR, specifically the right to: i. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form; ii. obtain information on: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means; d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and Art. 3, paragraph 1, of the GDPR; e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing; iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or integration of the data; b) the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected; iv. object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of its collection. Where applicable, you also have the rights set forth in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
