In the early 2000s, siblings Carla, Pierluigi, and Rita brought new energy to the Bartolomei family oil mill, launching ambitious projects: new olive groves, high-quality extra virgin olive oils, and a modernized and sustainable production facility.
At the same time, they expanded the hospitality sector, with the Olive Oil Museum and the Olive Oil Shop with a kitchen in Orvieto, dedicated to the culture of Umbrian olive oil. Today, in 2026, Chiara, the fifth generation of the family, continues this
legacy with a contemporary vision, maintaining authenticity, quality, and a comprehensive offering of Bartolomei olive oil.
