The prices shown are exclusive of VAT and shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system upon completion of the order and added to the total product price.

The goods are shipped with a shipping document, without the sales price, in the name of the person placing the order. The invoice is then sent within 6 days directly in electronic format via SDI. To ensure this, please always carefully check all required fields for invoicing.

Product availability is always indicated at the bottom of the product data sheet. However, if products are temporarily unavailable for any reason, we will promptly inform the customer.

The goods will be shipped to the customer only after payment has been received.

Goods travel entirely at Frantoio Bartolomei's risk.

Shipping and delivery are handled by BRT, which may also use local couriers.

Approximate delivery time: 5 working days.

Delivery status can be continuously monitored using a tracking code provided to the customer via email when the goods are handed over to the courier.

If the shipment is made by courier and the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please indicate acceptance with reservations on the delivery note by writing "RESERVATION OF INSPECTION" (specify the reason for the reservation, e.g., "pierced packaging," "crushed packaging," etc. on the courier's proof of delivery). Frantoio Bartolomei otherwise declines all responsibility for any breakages. Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If the goods held at the courier's warehouse are not collected within 5 business days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, the order will be returned to the mill without the customer being entitled to a refund.

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Approximate delivery times: 5–7 days, excluding holidays, plus shipping time (Norway, Sweden, and Portugal: 7–9 days plus shipping time). 

For all Oil, Fine Foods, and Cosmetics products, shipping is calculated based on the weight/volume of the items in your cart.

Gift boxes and wine cannot be shipped to the USA.

Approximate delivery times: Orders are processed within 5 days of receiving payment, while delivery to the United States takes approximately 20 days. Customs clearance fees may be charged based on the value of the goods. These fees are paid by the recipient in addition to shipping costs and must be paid to the destination customs office. These costs cannot be calculated upon dispatch.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99, which regulates distance contracts, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without specifying the reason within 10 days of receiving the goods, by notifying the Bartolomei oil mill.

We will refund the amount within 10 days of receiving the goods.
