Our experiences are a full immersion in the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, told by those who have been producing it for over a hundred years.
We start in the olive grove next to the mill to learn about the plant, its colors and nuances, then a stroll through the exhibition rooms of the Olive Oil Museum to
get closer to the practice of processing and here you experience history and immerse yourself in a black and white atmosphere.
A one-of-a-kind collection of vintage photos, antiques and above all a skillfully restored 16th century press stands out. We then arrive at the Modern equipment, a
latest-generation technology that combines knowledge and modernity in a story that smacks of experience and passion.
Finally, the final tasting takes place in the panoramic tasting room (groups of more than 6 people) or in the new Tasting & Store space (individuals and groups of less than 6 people).
