The tasting takes place in the panoramic tasting room of the oil mill, ideal for enjoying every moment at your leisure, or in our Restaurant & Oleoteca in Orvieto if you prefer a more urban setting.
The experience includes a complete menu, specially designed by our chef, where EVO oil is the protagonist in every course. From the starter to the dessert, each pairing enhances the aromas, fragrances, and characteristics of our labels, transforming
the tasting into a true gastronomic journey.

GOURMET TASTING menus are available continuously from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (last reservation at 6:00 pm).
The menus are indicative and can be modified based on the group's needs.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 1 DAY IN ADVANCE.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
- 6 FOR THE MONTECCHIO LOCATION
- NO MINIMUM NUMBER REQUIRED FOR THE ORVIETO LOCATION
